Le Crémier is not only a producer of ice cream with modern standards, we provide a continuation of a family tradition in producing the finest natural ice cream with the flavors we have perpetuated for over 50 years.
1953:Mansour Melhem Chemaly started producing ice cream in his artisanal workshop. His shop gathered many villagers in the town square over ice creams.
1960: Mansour moved to Monot Street in Beirut, and upgraded his industry and machines until the Lebanese war started in 1975.
1975: The events forced him back to his village, away from the war where his business gradually prospered and the request on his ice cream increased steadily
1981: Mansour and his two sons inaugurated their new shop on the Jounieh Highway and adopted the brand Le Crémier. The purpose at the time was to introduce into the market the traditional 100% natural fruit based ice cream.
2003: The impact that Le Crémier has had on the market was enormous. The once artisanal traditional family business became famous throughout the country and managed to become the Number One ice cream brand in Lebanon and even in neighboring countries.
Le Crémier currently has branches in all Lebanese districts.
